Junior Sales Officer

We are looking for a junior sales officer (CBS student, marketing and sales) who wants to help create a sales process for complex solution selling to the financial sector. You are motivated by getting to know sales in practice and understanding cus­tom­er psy­cho­logy. You will be performing market and customer analysis to put figures behind what works.

The job

As our new Junior Sales Officer, you will help build sales processes that fit Komplio’s organization and track what works when selling to different European markets. You will support our CEO’s sales activities by building pipeline progress in our CRM system, tracking sales performance, and designing our customer conversion journey. You are interested in learning to master complex sales to the financial sector and understanding why customers buy tech Compliance-as-a-Service solutions to manage their compliance program.

Tasks

  • Implement a new CRM system

  • Improve lead conversion

  • Set up reports to track sales, customer interactions, and pipeline progress

  • Schedule customer meetings, including follow-ups

  • Develop a comprehensive buyer’s guide.

You will work closely with our CEO, our compliance officers, and our software engineering team, and you will provide sales support to our CEO. You

You study sales and marketing in CBS or in another relevant business school. You are interested in getting to know complex solutions selling to the financial sector. Helping us understand customers’ needs and providing best-in-class customer service is your thing. You are structured, interested in modern sales software solutions and have a data-driven approach to sales and customer service. You speak, read, and write English fluently and you must be a resident of Denmark and currently live in Copenhagen.
